Alisha was born in Florida on July 14, 1989. Her debut role in a film was the short Murder on Her Mind (2008). She began acting professionally in the year 2010 and was offered her first film role for the movie Just Before You Go (2014). Also, she played one-episode roles on Criminal Minds and Married. Her birthplace was Dallas, Texas on the 7th of October 1986. The family of her parents raised her. Holland Roden went to Hockaday School. It was a private girls' school. Her family consists of medical professionals who all studied molecular biology and women's studies at UCLA. Holland Roden studied pre-medical for some time as she hoped to be a cardiothoracic surgeon. She later decided to enter the acting world. She went on to do single-occurring roles on Switched at Birth (a show) and Major Crimes. Then, she played Nurse Kelsey on two episodes of General Hospital. From 2017 to 2019, she was Maia Roberts on the Freeform show Shadowhunters. Raising Dion was her next role. The actress will be in the forthcoming film Palmer co-starring Justin Timberlake.
