Katherine Heigl reveals to everyone about her "white bubble childhood" and how it's influenced how she raises her adopted multiracial children. In a recent "Firefly Lane", "Grey's Anatomy", and "Grey's Anatomy", star Katherine Heigl shared that she didn't care about her complexion until she got to know her adoptive sister from South Korea. "I inquired of my sister, Meg whether she'd received the same treatment when she was walking around with our parents and in a different manner when she was out on her own without anyone else. Meg responded "Oh Yes! All the all the time!" Heigl explained to Parents: "That was when I discovered how naive I caused me to feel." The actor said she became angry but felt she needed to channel her anger in order to assist the adopted children she has. Sheigl's husband Josh Kelley and their son Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr. 4 have been together for thirteen years. They adopted their daughter Nancy Leigh, 12, from South Korea in 2009 and Adalaide 8 years old, who is Black and was adopted in 2012.
